Color and light have been used for healing since the beginning of recorded time.

Phototherapy (light therapy) was practiced in ancient Egypt, Greece, China and India.

The Egyptians utilized sunlight as well as color for healing. They built solarium-type rooms with colored panes of glass, where the sun would shine through the glass and flood the patient with color.

In Greece color was intrinsic to healing, which involved restoring balance. The Greeks used both forms of treatment with colors: direct exposure to sunlight and indirect healing. In the indirect method, they used such materials as stones, colored minerals, crystals, dyes, ointments, plasters and water as medium.

The concept of water as a medium for the absorption of color is common among all researches working on hydrochromopathy, which is the point of my writing here.

After this little intro, now here it is my first recipe, the one that I drink every day as part of my treatment.

How to turn ordinary water into a potent medicine by charging it with sunlight?

To use full-spectrum sun light, fill a clear bottle of water (glass), then, stand the bottle of water in the window for at least 6-8 hours.
Even if the sun is not shining directly on the bottle it will still charge the water.
Then, drink a wine glass full of the water three times a day.
You will notice the difference even in the taste. Enjoy!
